If a remote session is needed, the tech will give you a code.

A screen will appear with Help Desk technicians available to connect with.
Our technician will share the desktop with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue at hand. When completed or if you wish to stop the session, you can do this by clicking on the Disconnect icon at the lower right.
Billing for the Live Remote Assistance is based on the session and time involved.
